What is Semi-Unitized Glazing?

Semi-Unitized Glazing is the combination between Unitized and Stick. Semi-Unitized is both united, seamless as Unitized and flexible, all-terrains available as STICK. It is an innovative solution for architects because of the trend in using complex and multi-angled architectures for building wall systems.
Different from Unitized Glazing, all solid panels are completely manufactured in the factory before being delivered to project sites. The manufacturing process includes 2 parts. The entire aluminium frame is divided into Main Frame and Support Frame which are together linked with the help of the hooks. The primary aluminium frame is manufactured and delivered to install at the sites as a Stick System .The Support Aluminium Frame is assembled with the Glass Panels at the Factory and then hooked to the Main Aluminium Frame at site.
